To continuously expand its business scale, Jiangsu Aisteng International Trade Co., Ltd., as the head office in mainland China, has successively established wholly-owned subsidiaries including Hong Kong Zhongbo International Trade Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Aisteng Resources Co., Ltd., and Yangtze River Delta Resources Co., Ltd. (Malaysia).
The company headquarters is located in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. Taizhou, formerly known as Hailing, boasts a history of over 2100 years, a rich cultural heritage blending the styles of Wu, Chu, and Yue, and the Yangtze River and Huai River basins. Situated at the intersection of the coastal and Yangtze River "T"-shaped industrial belts, Taizhou is a transportation hub connecting the north and south, historically renowned as a vital waterway and strategic location.
While strengthening its trade, the company also focuses on real industry, investing in mining in Malaysia to reduce ore costs at the source. Its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Jiangsu Aisteng Resources Co., Ltd. and Yangtze River Delta Resources Co., Ltd., have long-term cooperative mines in Malaysia, equipped with advanced equipment such as mining equipment, magnetic levitation equipment, and processing and crushing equipment, ensuring the quality and quantity of ore resources. To further enhance its capabilities, the company has established a fully equipped laboratory in Malaysia specifically responsible for the quality inspection of its ores. It has also leased 90 acres of land in Kuantan, a port on Malaysia's east coast, as a storage yard for centralized screening, sorting, and storage of imported ores, thereby strengthening the company's market competitiveness in imported mineral resources. Having operated in Malaysia for many years, the company is familiar with the local culture, geography, and customs, and has established a network of connections in local political and business circles.
