Jiangsu Aisiteng International Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiangsu Aisiteng”) was established on November 13, 2009, and is located on the 19th floor of the Wanda Office Building in Hailing District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. Its main business activities include the sale of bulk commodities such as iron ore, metal materials, construction materials, coke, coal, and bauxite. After nearly ten years of management and operation, Jiangsu Aisiteng International Trading Co., Ltd. has earned a solid reputation within the industry, achieved outstanding sales performance, and established stable cooperative relationships with major steel mills and traders both domestically and internationally.

In recent years, amid the volatile global commodity market conditions, Jiangsu Aisiteng has maintained an annual trade volume of five million tons of iron ore and has been strengthening its efforts to diversify its industrial portfolio. The company is actively engaged in the procurement and sale of construction materials and coal, ensuring that its sales revenue and profits continue to rise steadily year after year.

Jiangsu Aishiteng adheres to the business principle of “rigor and integrity, customer first,” maintaining close business relationships with numerous mines. Its products are primarily sold to various domestic steel enterprises and it is currently committed to expanding into international raw material and sales markets.

Overseas Hub

The company has established two overseas subsidiaries in Malaysia—Jiangsu Astern Resources Co., Ltd. and Yangtze River Delta Resources Co., Ltd.—which have become key pillars for its overseas operations and provide strong support for the company’s global expansion. These two subsidiaries are respectively responsible for resource development, procurement and transportation, as well as market coordination, thereby creating a matrix management structure that is flexible at the front end and highly centralized at the back end.

Supporting facilities

In 2014, we leased 90 mu of land at the Kuantan Port in Malaysia to serve as a storage yard, and simultaneously built a laboratory to enable rapid inspection, classification, and storage of ore upon its arrival. This has significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced logistics costs.
