A Variety of Outdoor Activities — A Trip to Qintong Ancient Town, Jiangsu Aisiteng

The outdoor activities for all employees were diverse and engaging. Through team-building exercises and outreach programs, we strengthened communication and mutual understanding among one another, enhancing the sense of cohesion among every member of the Aisteng family and infusing our lives and work with vitality.
To welcome the arrival of new employees from all departments within the company, on November 1, 2020, the company organized a team-building excursion to the picturesque Qintong Ancient Town, further promoting the development of the company’s corporate culture. Therefore, we organized a team-building and outreach activity for employees in Qintong.
We arrived at Qintong Ancient Town in the morning and began with team-building cultural activities. Unity is strength—the driving force behind team success. To achieve success, we need shared goals, mutual recognition, trust, and support. The team-building activity that vividly demonstrated our spirit of cooperation was “Jiaolong Sets Sail.” In this activity, everyone had to tie their legs together and walk—first vertically, then horizontally—working together to reach the finish line more than 10 meters away. The key to this project lay in everyone’s mutual trust, which enabled us to combine our strengths. Our secret to victory? Keep looking forward, focus on a single goal, unite as one, and march steadily toward the shore of triumph.
Then, everyone rolled up their sleeves and got to work, bringing their own ingredients to enjoy a self-service barbecue. Throughout the entire process, everyone was in high spirits, generously yielding to one another and working closely together. By noon, a sumptuous feast was laid out on the table, and everyone savored the delicious food with great pleasure. Having prepared lunch together with their own hands, it tasted especially special and unforgettable.
This event brought us closer together and strengthened our sense of unity. We’re even more excited for our next team-building activity!
