The lingering warmth of the spring breeze has yet to fade, while the summer cicadas have already filled the branches with their songs. In May, the sunshine is just right, and the breeze is gentle but not stifling. To enrich our colleagues’ leisure time and strengthen team cohesion, Aisiteng launched a team-building excursion themed “Unite in Heart, Move Forward Together.” With joyful hearts, our colleagues set off into nature, fully savoring the freedom of the mountains and countryside and experiencing a deep sense of inner peace and return to oneself.

The warmth and charm of everyday life are what truly soothe the hearts of ordinary people. As the charcoal fire is lit, the ingredients on the grill gradually release an enticing aroma that makes your mouth water. Meanwhile, the bonds among everyone grow stronger with each round of flipping and grilling. While savoring delicious food, the friends chat freely about the little joys and quirks of life, letting go of their worries and fatigue. They talk endlessly, laugh heartily, and simply enjoy themselves to the fullest.
At the end of the event, we’ll light up these dazzling fireworks together, and amid the interplay of bonfires and fireworks, we’ll savor the event’s climactic moment.
Every break is a stepping stone for a better journey ahead. This team-building activity was not only a rejuvenating experience for both body and mind, allowing us to shake off fatigue and fill up with joy, but also strengthened the bonds among team members. In the days ahead, all members of Aisiteng will continue to move forward hand in hand, bringing even greater enthusiasm and energy to the next phase of our work—and together, we’ll create an even brighter future!
